Entering the Final Stage

Shanna is beyond 37 weeks now. I have been told that this means the baby can come at any time. She was informed today that she is on bed rest from here on out. Not the "confined to bed" bed rest. The other kind. More like house arrest except she isn't really supposed to be up unless she has to. She can still cook for herself and shower and stuff. She just can't do any housework. I upped our Netflix subscription to 5 DVDs out at a time so she won't be bored out of her mind. Maybe I will try to get her to take some pics of Henry or the baby's room so I can post them. I won't have much time to do that stuff since I am busy doing the dishes and washing clothes. These are about the only chores besides the garbage we are going to keep up on for a while. I hope you guys won't be too repulsed if you come over and the baby's room is the only clean room. I have dishes to do and Salmon to cook. Have a good night.

Congratulations! You are already a Papa, and this time of enhanced to-do list just part of the new era. You will do it well. Don't worry about things not yet done ("To Do"), just enjoy the good ones you have done and are doing. (I wish there had been movies on little plastic disks when your Grandma G was similarly slowed down.) Love & Prayers. I'm already Proud.
