Farewell my feral friend.

It looks like we found someone who is interested in Henry. That's right. We are going to give him away. I can't take him for walks like I used to and Shanna does her best but isn't able to give him much time during the day. We found a couple in Ferndale with some 7 acres and another dog that are happy to have him. It is one of the saddest things I have ever had to do but I know it is best for him and he will be happy having a buddy and a big farm to run on. My surgery is scheduled for May 12th. I will miss him but it will be difficult enough trying to take care of Emma and myself as Shanna returns to work on the 16th. I love him but I don't think I could handle him for a month when I will be back on crutches. I am looking forward to seeing many of you this weekend. It will be a good time.

Dear Garrett & Shanna,
That is really sad, but just like Jack in Titanic I think your sacrifice is for the best... ummm... yeah. Anyhow it's sad but it seems like that's the best situation for Henry. He'll love having acres to run and birds to try and catch. As a fellow dog father I can't imagine how difficult it would be. Good luck to you guys.
